Among the best of well-appointed accommodation - Thank you Elspeth & Dave

Many thanks.  A lovely, warm welcome and a lovely 'peerie' hoose.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to Orkney.  This time, staying at Wir Peedie Hoose for 10 days has worked so well for us.  In fact, as we pack to leave, we are also planning a third visit and intend to come back to Wir Peedie Hoose.  Thank you Elspeth for the very welcoming emails before we arrived and thank you Dave for making us feel so welcome when we arrived.  After a day out exploring Orkney it is wonderful to return to the warmth and comfort of Wir Peedie Hoose.  A huge thank you to you both - this has been a superb home away from home.

Another lovely week spent in 'Wir Peedie Hoose'.  Such a warm comfortable place to come home to after a day out.  Have enjoyed every minute of our week here and hope it's not the last!

Another lovely visit, thanks so much Elspeth.  We've had a great week (excluding the weather!!).  We got out to Papa Westray - you must try to catch the shortest flight, as well as to Rousay and Hoy where we took professional tours - both were excellent.  Hope to be back in the next few years.

Thank you for your lovely warm welcome.  We have had an amazing holiday and can't wait to return.  Wir Peedie Hoose has really felt like a home away from home.

Another lovely stay, despite the mixed weather.  Finally managed some trips off the Mainland and had a lot of fine walks and experiences.  Once again, Wir Peedie Hoose is well appointed, comfortable, warm, peaceful, but above all - very clean and tidy.  Many thanks for all the resources - books, DVDs, and look forward to another visit in future.

We have enjoyed a lovely week in Wir Peedie Hoose.  Very comfortable and well located to explore Kirkwall and the rest of the islands.

As always, another lovely stay and I much appreciated being able to read the Order of Service for the Commemoration of the Centenary of the Battle of Jutland.  Thank you and hope to see you again at the end of the year.

Thank you for a lovely place to stay.  Everything you could wish for, also lovely and clean.  Hope to stay here again.  Thanks once again.

Many thanks for a lovely warm welcome and an excellent place to stay.  Fascinating island with much more to see, really beautiful scenery.  Really wonderful holiday.  Thank you once again.

Very much enjoyed staying in Wir Peedie Hoose, good position and very comfortable - so much to see in Orkney we might have to come back!

Another very comfortable stay!  Many thanks for all your kindness to us while here.  The weather was good and we managed most of the main shows as you know.  Looking forward to our next visit.  Many thanks.

Thank you, Elspeth, for another wonderful stay here.  We have done some amazing things.  The Ness of Brodgar Dig, Skara Brae and seeing the white-tailed eagles on Hoy.  Kind regards and many thanks.

Dave & Elspeth thanks for a warm and lovely welcome.  'Wir Peedie Hoose' is a wonderful base for exploring The Orkneys.  A quiet but central location close to the Traffic Centre and the Ferry to the outer islands.  The house is very comfortable and well equipped.  This was our third visit to the Orkney Islands.  We have had a wonderful two weeks with typical Orkney weather (wind, sunshine and rain).  We made many long walks.  Highlights were Mullhead and the Gloup (Deerness), Hoy, Sanday and the Birsay Brough.  We also visited the Orkney Library/Archive with its wonderful huge collection of old Orkney photographs.  Many thanks.

Thank you for a relaxing stay in your very comfortable house - it is so well equipped with everything you need - and all spotless!

Great to be so near the centre of Kirkwall yet so handy to travel to other parts.  Really hope that we will be able to book again for another stay in wonderful Orkney.  Thank you.

Another fabulous visit to our favourite place - Orkney!  Our first visit to Wir Peedie Hoose but I doubt it will be our last!  Thank you Elspeth for a lovely place to stay and we'll see you soon X

Delightful house, warm and comfortable.  Ideally placed in centre of Kirkwall but peaceful.  Looking forward to future stays.  Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Return trip to my home from home, for work.  As before wonderful hospitality and looking forward to my next trip.

3rd trip - albeit too short, for work purposes.  Managed to fit in some fantastic, unique Christmas shopping.  Thanks again for your kind hospitality Elspeth & Dave.

Superb cosy hoose - home from home. Had a lovely week and who cares about the weather. Thank you Elspeth - hopefully we will be back.

Our second visit here and we hope it won't be our last.  Thank you Elspeth for such a lovely warm welcome and for providing us with such a lovely home for the week.  We have had a wonderful time over Christmas and the weather has been fantastic with seas like millponds and panoramic clear views.  Enjoyed the Christmas Eve service at the Cathedral and our first experience of the Ba'.
