Willow Cottage is our own holiday retreat that has been recently refurbished for holidaymakers to enjoy the North Pennines and surrounding area.

Apart form the many walks, some of the local attractions are:
   Durham Dales Centre (Stanhope)
   Weardale Open Air Swimming Pool
   Nenthead Mines
   Killhope(The North of England Lead Mining Museum)
   Alston (historic & highest market town in England)
   Barnard Castle-historic market town with Castle & Museum
   High Force Waterfall
   You can book 4X4 driving days, horse riding, hire cycles, go trout fishing and even go Ski-ing (weather permitting).

Aswell as the above, as previously mentioned:
   Hadrians Wall
   Durham City with its Castle & Museum
   Beamish Open Air Museum
   The Metro Centre - One of Europe's largest indoor shopping centres are all within a short drive.

To Reserve Your Booking
A deposit of £50 will reserve your booking with the outstanding balance due 6 weeks before your holiday start date.Payment is accepted by cheque/Bank Transfer in £'s Sterling. Our address for payment will be given at the time of booking.
