Ideally situated on a working dairy farm, two miles from the South Wales coastal town of Porthcawl, mid-way between Cardiff and Swansea and only a few minutes away from Exit 37 of the M4 motorway. There are numerous places of interest to visit in the area.

The Cottages are converted from stone barns and are adjacent to the Farmhouse in a stone walled area with space for parking and where children can play safely.
  • The Coach House has two double and two twin bedrooms all ensuite. Can sleep 8 + sofabed. The Coach House is suitable for visitors with mobility difficulties. See Access Statement on our website.
  • The Granary can sleep up to 6 + sofabed.
  • Ivy Cottage can sleep 5.
  • Swallow Cottage can sleep 4.
Facilities  
  • The Cottages have oil central heating and a woodburning stove. Each has a combined living-kitchen area with fully equipped wood finish kitchens.
  • Free WiFi is available.
  • The cottages have flagstone floors with rugs in the living/kitchen area. The walls are whitewashed to maintain the character of the old buildings and there are exposed beams throughout.
  • Each cottage has a patio area with garden furniture and barbecue.
  • A shared Laundry Room is available. The Coach House has its own laundry facilities.
The 25 acres of ancient woodland are ideal for walks. You can also visit the farm stables, see the cows being milked and help feed the young calves.

There's much to see and do in this part of South Wales: Cardiff and Swansea, with all that they have to offer, are each just a half hour drive away. You can visit museums, castles, Cardiff Bay, Mumbles and Swansea Bay, country parks and so much more. The stunning Brecon Beacons are less than an hour away. There are numerous activities on offer in the area for guests who wish to be active.

The market town of Cowbridge is a short drive away with exciting shopping, wine bars, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Glamorgan has many charming villages to explore as well as its beautiful heritage coast and the Wales Coastal Path, ideal for walking and water sports.
