Roinnwood is a three bedroom detached bungalow in the village of Lamlash with a large enclosed garden and garage for storage of outdoor equipment. The house is within ten minutes walking distance of the village centre and therefore close to all amenities such as shops, restaurants and pubs, bowling club, golf club, yacht club, tennis courts, boating and sea fishing and Holy Isle ferry.

Other attractions on the island include Hill Walking, Mountaineering, Cycling, Touring, Horse Riding and Sports Centre (Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, and Sports Hall) Beaches, Sight-Seeing (Brodick Castle, Distillery, Museum etc) and Shops including Craft Shops.
