Situated in the leafy lanes of St.Martin's and within its own private grounds with large garden and pool incorporating spa, our beautiful and luxuriously appointed family home is within a ten minute walk through delightful country lanes to the village of St. Martin's with its quaint church, pubs and cafes and supermarket. St.Peter Port is a short bus or car ride from the house which is also situated close to the beautiful south and east coast cliffs with cliff paths winding their way around the coast with stunning views of our neighbouring islands Herm, Sark and Jersey.
Accommodation - The house is our family home and comfortably accommodates ten people in five king size/supeking sized bedrooms, and a twin all with their own bathrooms except the twin which shares with one of the other bedrooms.
- The kitchen is well equipped and open plan to the lounge and conservatory making the whole area very sociable.
- The garden is large and enclosed and the pool and spa take pride of place within the garden. The pool is heated during summer months.
- We hold a temporary visitor licence and are endorsed by the Guernsey Tourist Board who have inspected the premises.
