Located right in the midst of some of the UK's most beautiful and unspoiled countryside, New Mills is a Berwick Holiday Cottage only three miles from England's northernmost town.

A mere mile from Scotland's border, not only is New Mills in the enviable position of having the best bits of both Scotland and England only minutes from the doorstep, but those who find themselves lodged in this lovely Berwick Holiday Cottage will enjoy the kind of picturesque views and seclusion which come from being situated in 19 acres of private land.

New Mills is complimented by views of the gentle waters of the River Whiteadder. Naturally, being right on the Scottish border, there are some great places to visit in the surrounding Border Towns and Northumberland and Edinburgh & Newcastle are only a 45 minute train ride away. For the golfers among you some very renowned golf courses can be found nearby.

  • The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in four bedrooms.
  • The first floor has a double and a twin bedroom and the top floor has a further two bedrooms, both double.
