 MinT Cottage  is a traditional, semi-detached cottage located on the outskirts of the popular market town of Middleton-in-Teesdale, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Renovated to an excellent standard, this charming cottage offers character and charm with original features, and is an ideal base for a small family or a couple wishing to explore the Pennines and surrounding area.  
  • Tastefully decorated, MinT Cottage offers two bedrooms, along with a shower room.
  • There is a comfortable sitting room with a pretty fireplace housing a wood-burning stove, while the kitchen has a small table next to the cosy Stanley cooker, perfect on colder days!

Location  
  • Just five minutes' walk down the hill from your cottage takes you to Middleton-in-Teesdale town centre, with an array of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Then why not finish your day with a leisurely stroll from the doorstep along King's Walk, a woodland stroll?
  • The surrounding meadowlands provide great walking opportunities, with many countryside paths providing the chance to enjoy much of the local wildlife.
  • Slightly further afield, the Northern Dales are very popular with cyclists and are just waiting to be discovered. Enjoy visits to medieval Raby Castle with its deer park, Bowes Museum, Barnard Castle, High Force Waterfall and Egglestone Hall and Gardens, all not to be missed.
