A comfortable croft house situated in the village of Leverburgh. The cottage benefits from a quiet rural setting and is within 10 minutes of the stunning beaches of the West coast of Harris. Ideally situated for golfing, fishing and hill walking. A short drive from the Leverburgh ferry terminal for Berneray and North Uist. Regular day trips to St Kilda also operate from Leverburgh. Local facilities include a grocery shop, cafe, post office, gift shop and, next to the ferry terminal, there is a restaurant and bar.

Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings run Saturday to Saturday.
2. Property is available from 4.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
3. Arrivals after 5.00pm must be notified in advance.
4. Provisional telephone bookings will be held for 10 days and will only be confirmed on receipt of deposit and booking form.
5. A non returnable deposit of £100 per week is payable at time of booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
6. Property is non smoking.
7. Pets by prior arrangement.
8. Linen and towels provided.
9. Electricity/heating costs included in weekly rental cost.
10. Property should be left clean and tidy and any damages must be reported prior to departure.
