 GALDENOCH CASTLE LODGE
In a beautiful, tranquil setting in the Rhinns of Galloway, this delightful stylish lodge is perfect for a 'get away from it all' holiday. Adjacent to the 16th Century Galdenoch Castle, the lodge is located within a large working farm. Guests can enjoy walks around the farm, one leading to Salt Pan Bay where a Finnish log cabin can be found to rest or enjoy a barbecue. The coastline is stunning, with sheltered beaches and beautiful panoramic views across to Ireland. Local wildlife is outstanding from seals to balking sharks, a variety of birds, deer, wild fowl and mountain goats. Loch/sea fishing, duck flighting/rough shooting (in season) can be arranged on farm.

ACCOMMODATION
This exceptional holiday home has been completed to a very high standard and offers great charm and indulgence with designer decor and soft furnishings complimenting natural wood, slate and stone finishes.  
  • Patio doors lead out to a secluded garden with garden furniture to relax and enjoy the peace and scenic surroundings.
  • Fully equipped boot/gun room with wc.
  • Spacious kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, electric range cooker, beer pump.
  • Beautiful open plan dining room/ lounge with wood burning stove and electrical stove.
  • One double room with en-suite shower room and two twin rooms with en-suite shower rooms, one adapted for disabled visitors, on the ground floor.
  • Laundry cupboard with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.
  • Master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath accessed by staircase from kitchen.
  • On first floor, one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and two single rooms with shower room adjacent.
