 Situated in the peaceful and picturesque Moray Firth village of Cullen - home of the world famous "Cullen Skink" - No. 30 is a traditional, yet spacious, fisherman's cottage located in historic Seatown 300 yards from a beautiful and clean sandy beach and sheltered pleasure harbour. The cottage has a fully enclosed, unusually large (for Seatown!) rear garden containing grass lawn, parking, patio area, barbecue, garden furniture and a selection of outdoor toys, making it ideal for families with younger children and pets. Baby/Toddler friendly facilities available free of charge on request e.g. drop-side cot, buggy, stair gates etc.


GROUND FLOOR:  
  • Cosy lounge with electric flame-effect stove, 37" flat screen TV, DVD player, video recorder, and a large selection of board games, jigsaws, videos, DVDs etc.
  • Comfortable dining room seats 6, drinks fridge, portable CD/radio player. High chair and booster seat available on request.
  • Very well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cafetiere, electric kettle, toaster, ironing facilities.
  • Complementary welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, eggs, bread, juice and a wee treat!
  • Double bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.

THINGS TO DO: 
  • Renowned for its moderate climate, the Moray Firth has long been a favourite destination of holidaymakers from all over the world and is home to a population of Bottlenose Dolphins which can often be seen from the shore.
  • Golf enthusiasts are well catered for with many fine golf courses nearby including Cullen's own famous Links, all of which hold well attended Open tournaments during the summer.
  • Those seeking a more leisurely holiday will enjoy the many walks in the area while the more active will find plenty of outdoor activities available e.g. tennis, bowling, fishing, mountain biking, sea angling, whale watching etc.
  • Nearby, the famous Castle Trail and Whisky Trail are enjoyed by a great many visitors to the area. The Moray Coast has many old fishing ports each inviting exploration. The Coastal Trail passes through Cullen and visits to the Cullen and Deskford Heritage Display, Buckie Fishing Heritage and Tugnet Ice House tells the story of a bygone age and brings to life some of the fishing heritage of this area.
