 Bryn Hyfryd  is a 170 year old stone cottage situated in a peaceful location half mile above Llanfairfechan on the North Wales coast, a large unspoiled village in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is justly famous for its sunsets. From this high vantage point the views all around are stunning. To the front are extensive sea views over the Menai straits to Anglesey, Puffin Island and the Great Orme above Llandudno. To the rear are uninterrupted views of a beautiful river valley which is framed by the lovely mountains of Snowdonia.  
  • This cosy house has 2 foot thick walls, exposed beams and is well furnished and equipped throughout. All linen (Including towels), electricity and logs are provided.
  • Additional features include garden furniture, indoor games and books, and storage heaters. There is private off road parking for 2 cars close to the house with further private parking for guests a short distance away.

Accommodation  
  • Comfortable sitting room with a large wood burning stove in an inglenook fire place, 2 sofas, one of which a sofa bed, plus an arm chair, digital TV and DVD player. Free Wifi.
  • Large kitchen diner with cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave oven and dishwasher, plus many smaller electrical kitchen appliances.
  • Bath/shower room.
  • Large double bedroom with additional alcove bed, vaulted ceiling and digital TV with DVD player. This bedroom has spectacular sea views.
  • Twin bedroom to rear with mountain views.

Outside:  
  • There is a well stocked and maintained private garden with a raised patio seating area giving superb views of the surrounding countryside and mountains.
 Location:  
  • There are good local shops, pubs and extensive safe sandy beaches. The beach to the left is especially suitable for dogs where they can run free.
  • The immediate coast is a large nature reserve. A lovely shore walk leads to a salt marsh and a beautiful area beyond which has a wide variety of waders and sea birds which can be viewed from hides.
  • There are walks directly from the cottage up into the wonderful hills above, or to the wooded river into a historic area named 'The Happy Valley' by Victorian visitors.
  • Llandudno, Conwy, Anglesey, Bodnant Gardens, and Snowdonia are all within easy reach.
  • Activities nearby include golf, horse riding, bird watching, excellent walking, climbing and biking.
