With stunning rear views across the peaceful Blyth Valley, Bethany is a luxurious three-storey town house set in the impressive grounds of the Georgian Grade II listed Blyth View. This is a prestigious development providing guests with a shared indoor heated swimming pool, and fitness room.

The accommodation comprises:
  • Ground Floor: High Spec. kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, sitting/dining room with patio doors to garden, w/c and basin.
  • First Floor: Two twin double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, family shower room with double shower, w/c and basin.
  • Second Floor: Master bedroom with super king bed and fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with bath, w/c and basin.
  • Garden: Patio with table, chairs, parasol and BBQ. Lovely views across the Blyth Valley.
  • Parking: One designated space plus ample visitor parking.

Location:
  • Blyth View is only 1 mile from The Queen's Head at Blyford and 1.5 miles from Blythburgh which has a huge church, known as The Cathedral of the Marshes, pub and shop. Other neighbouring villages also boast some delightful pubs (including two Suffolk's pub grub of the year winners).
  • Steeped in natural beauty the Heritage coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh are just a 12 minute and 25 minute drive away respectively.
  • Southwold, one of the most popular resorts on the east coast, is surrounded by creeks, marshes, reed beds and flanked to the south by the Blyth estuary. To visit Southwold is reminiscent of the 19th Century. For beer lovers the town is a must. It is home to the famous Adnams Brewery. In addition it is also famous for its beach huts along the promenade, beach amber, the award winning pier and the lighthouse.
  • Aldeburgh, a favourite seaside escape, is a pretty Victorian resort. A wide variety of wildlife is at home on its estuary, marshes and shingle beach. Sailing, yacht clubs and golf courses are just a few minutes drive from the town. The town itself serves arguably the best fish and chips on the east coast. Snape Maltings concert hall hosts the annual Aldeburgh Music Festival in June and the Proms in August.
  • Within a 30 minute drive of Blyth View is Beccles (the gateway to the Norfolk Broads), Laxfield with the Kings Head "Low House" pub, and Lowestoft with its fishing community.
