Blackwaterfoot  is one of the most beautiful villages on the west coast of Arran, one of Scotland's best-kept secrets. The location of the cottage is extremely convenient. It is in the centre of the village close to the beach and all the other amenities.
200 yards to amenities of local hotel (bars, restaurant, swimming pool, sauna.)
300 yards to the golf course, tennis courts and bowling green.
Close to the village shops (bakery, butcher, general store and newsagents).

This modern house (1993), designed and built in traditional Scottish cottage style is extremely well appointed.

Accommodation comprises:  
  • One living/dining room with open plan kitchen, three bedrooms (one with a double and a single bed, one with a double bed, and one with a king size bed).
  • There are two bathrooms (both with shower).
  • The house sleeps six adults comfortably.
  • The kitchen has been recently renovated and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
  • There is TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
  • The house has modern electric central heating and an open fire.
  • There is a free wi-fi connection.
  • The living room and upstairs bedroom windows have sea views.
  • There is a small enclosed garden to the rear.
Availability: All year
The house can also be booked at certain times of the year for long weekends - prices on application.

Extras:  
  • Bed linen and towels are not provided as standard but duvets are provided for all beds.
  • Prices include all electricity costs.
