New for 2015 Blackthorn Lodge is less than 10 minutes walk to the Watersports and Visitor Centre at Llandegfedd Reservoir.
New for 2015 Blackthorn Lodge now has a Wood and Anthracite (wood burner style)fire that heats radiators in both bedrooms, bathroom and hallway so it's more cosy than ever.
No Pets Allowed
Sorry but pets are not allowed in the lodge or in its grounds
A brick built BBQ is available for guests'use.
No Hidden Extras!!!
There are no hidden extras. Electricity, logs for the wood burner, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

the fields around Blackthorn Lodge are home to a variety of animals including horses,cows and sheep.
There is also a wide variety of wildlife in the area - including a greater spotted woodpecker and a family of very large buzzards which often visit to socialise with our small flock of free-range chicken.
