This beautiful three bedroom stone and slate cottage with very large well established garden is thought to be built in the 1700's and is set in a rural location with countryside views. Just outside the back door is a patio area with garden furniture and further down the garden there is a summerhouse. A wide variety of birds visit the garden.

Accommodation - The spacious accommodation offers a conservatory, kitchen, dining room, lounge with cosy log burner, bathroom with bath and separate shower, King size, Double and Single bedroom.
- There is ample parking for at least five cars and a garage is available on request.
- All bed linen, towels, electric and oil central heating is included.
- A cot and highchair are available but please bring your own cot bedding.
- The kitchen has been stocked with an assortment of utensils and cookware so that you can cook as if you were at home. But if you don't feel like cooking there are pubs/restaurants within 2 miles and a variety of takeaways from Dorchester deliver.
- We have tried to add extras to this cottage to make it feel home from home including a 43" plasma TV with full sky package, DVD player and an assortment of DVD's, Wii, Wi-Fi, a small library, games, etc.

Location - Dorset's County town of Dorchester is approximately 4 miles away and Weymouth which has the 2012 Olympic Sailing facilities as well as many shops, restaurants and of course its wide bay of sandy beach is approximately 9 miles.
- The local shop and Post Office is just under a 1 mile and has a good stock of items.
- Moreton railway station is 2 miles for easy access to Weymouth, Dorchester, Poole, Bournemouth etc.
- Ideally situated for walking with many footpaths, visitor attractions such as the Jurassic Coast, Isle of Purbeck, golfing, fishing and shooting etc close by. One walk straight from the cottage and over the fields, without having to use the car, is to Woodsford Castle built in the 1300's and is the only thatched castle in England.
