 This cosy, little, mid nineteenth century cottage, is situated within the conservation area of Milton Combe, a quiet, picturesque village within the Tamar Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty and on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. This end of terrace cottage offers a choice of footpaths leading directly from the door. There is a delightful old pub renowned for its good food, a level walk from the cottage (200yds). Shops and garage, Yelverton, 2 miles.
