 Ynys Barry Holiday Cottages & Lodges offers unique accommodation on the footpath to the beautiful Traethllyfn Beach. We are situated adjacent to the coastal path, midway between the cathedral city of St David's and the small port of Fishguard with its ferry link to Southern Ireland.
The farm for which Ynys Barry is the centre was known as the 'Island of Barri' and stretches from the beach at Abereiddy, with its blue lagoon on the south-western boundary to the historic village of Porthgain with its renowned 'Sloop Inn'. Situated on the quayside is the award winning "Shed" licensed bistro which specialises in local seafood. Art galleries and the architectural heritage of the area all add to the inimitable charm of Porthgain.
Accommodation All the cottages are individually styled and have the benefit of well-equipped kitchens making holiday cooking a pleasure rather than a chore! (Dad will be pleased)!! Bath and shower rooms are all fully tiled with unlimited hot water. Full central heating, makes them an ideal base to explore the beauty of Pembrokeshire at any time of the year. There is ample car parking within the grounds and boats and boards are welcome. All bedding, linen and towels are provided. Prices are inclusive of gas and electricity. Some cottages have sea views.
