Yew Trees is a secluded 3 bedroom cottage on the side of the Black Hill in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. - The Brecon Beacons National Park is close by.
- 8 miles south east of Hay-on-Wye with its famous bookshops and 16 miles from Hereford where the Cathedral houses the world famous Mappa Mundi and Chained Library.
Accommodation The original cottage has been extended with a living room upstairs having views across the Monnow Valley. Sitting room with wood burning stove. Kitchen/dining room has double electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. 1 double and 4 single duvets, blankets and pillows provided. Bathroom with bath, basin and wc. Shower-room with shower and basin. Separate wc. Outside: Bridge from kitchen to grassed area with picnic table. Front garden has raised patio area and grass area. Parking for 2 cars.  Area good for: - Walking (from cottage you can walk directly up the Black Hill).
- Horse riding, golf, canoeing, mountain-biking, hang-gliding.
- Bird-watching, book reading and browsing, and utter peace.
