Location
Reeth, at the junction of the River Swale and the Arkle Beck in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, is an attractive village with a resident population of about 500. Surrounded by hills, it is an ideal centre for walking, motoring and for nature lovers. The village has some shops, hotels, and garages.

Cottage Site
Our two acre site facing South affords spectacular views and visitors have access to the extensive gardens and private river frontage. A quiet location but within 300 yards of the village centre, there is ample parking space.

Cottages

Ashcroft, Beechcroft, and Cedarcroft are three, two storied, stone, terraced cottages.
All of a very high standard, spotlessly clean and equipped to ETC 4 star standard.
Each has two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchen, porch, and private patio.
There is ample heating including open fires.
Microwaves, fridges, freezers, washing machines, electric cookers, colour televisions, linen provided etc.
Tumble drier in our property.
Visitors can borrow Orange mobile phones.

Owners
Having been letting cottages since 1965, we have very many regular visitors. Living on site we are here to help.

We offer short breaks in winter, and year round reductions for couples.
