We have recently purchased (September 2011) this luxurious contemporary holiday house in the small picturesque and friendly village of Marloes within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Situated on a spectacular peninsula surrounded by stunning, golden-sanded deserted beaches and the Pembrokeshire coastal path all within a few minutes walk. During the winter of 2011/12 the house has been extensively refurbished to a very high standard.

The architect designed property offers (circa 3000 sq ft) flexible luxurious contemporary accommodation with four bedrooms and three bathrooms sleeping up to 12 people.
The house has an abundance of natural light and all mod cons, light and airy in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter.
The Pembrokeshire coastal path passes within minutes of the house for spectacular walks around the peninsula with two beaches Marloes Sands and Musselwick Sands (see photos), within easy walking distance from the house.
Marloes village has a pub / restaurant (The Lobster Pot), a cafe / bistro (The Clockhouse), a shop / post office selling fresh produce and a play park for children.
Skomer Island, a wildlife haven for rare birds and seals is accessible from nearby Martins Haven.
Things to do nearby include swimming, sailing, surfing, walking, cycling, eating, seal / bird spotting, beach combing, diving, fishing, kayaking, climbing and horse riding.

Open plan living spaces with contemporary furnishings, wood-burning stove, a dining table for up to 12 and glass doors to sheltered south facing timber deck and a lawned garden.
New fitted (2012) fully equipped kitchen.
Disabled friendly: ramped / hand-railed access to house, downstairs bedroom / bathroom and level access to garden.
Off road parking for 3 cars.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, central heating, solar panels, 3 TVs, Freeview, 3 DVDs including one Blueray, wifi.
South facing timber deck area with dining table / chairs for outdoor eating and barbecue.
South facing lawned gardens ideal for relaxing / playing overlooking open fields and gated from the road.
All bed linen provided including towels (not beach towels) along with washing up materials, tea towels, tablets for the dishwasher, bin-liners, liquid for the washing machine, soaps and toilet rolls.
All linen and towels professionally laundered.
