Accommodation: This spacious three-bedroomed cottage is double-glazed throughout, has full gas central heating and an open fire. Ground floor: Large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, hall, dining area, large lounge, utility room and cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Attractive open tread stairs lead to: Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms: 1 with king-sized bed,1 double bed, and 1 twin bedded room. Bathroom with bath, hand basin, WC, and separate power shower.  Facilities: - Electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, automatic washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, toaster, kettle, colour TV, video, DVD player, CD/radio/cassette player, and barbecue.
- Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price.
- Electricity, gas and a supply of coal are also included in the price.
- There is a garden with bench seats.
- Private off-the-road parking is available.
 - Initial supplies of milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and bread are provided on arrival, as well as additional 'welcome' provisions.
Carperby is situated in the heart of Wensleydale, between the market towns of Leyburn and Hawes. There are many walks and places of interest within walking distance of the cottage (e.g. Aysgarth Falls). The village has a good local pub, which serves good food at reasonable prices. Carperby is about 20 miles from the A1, 27 from the M6 and 15 from the A66.
