Upstairs One twin room suitable for children, and two double bedrooms with king-size dunlopillo mattresses. An upstairs sitting room with panoramic windows and stairlift access.  Downstairs A sitting room with woodburner and hi-fi, exposed beams and stonework. Spacious dining/living room with Rayburn for cooking and heating, low-level work surface and large dining table and fridge/freezer. We have also installed a new kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, low-level and normal height worktops and sink. The bathroom has roll-in shower and handrails. Outside We are surrounded by a large woodland garden with stone barbecue. There is a large patio with ramped access from the kitchen door. Parking spaces for 3 cars. The Location - Glenlivet is a particularly beautiful part of Scotland near Speyside on the border of Cairngorm National Park. Many well-marked paths for walking. There are numerous picturesque rivers and burns. The whisky trail is never far away.
- Ballindalloch has one of the most beautiful and renowned castles in Scotland. Known as the Pearl of the North, it is located in the heart of Speyside, near to the famed whisky distilleries of Glenlivet, Glenfiddich and Glenfarclas. Surrounded by majestic hills, and with the tumbling waters of the Rivers Spey and Avon flowing through the grounds, the setting is truly magnificent.
Things To Do - There are many gardens and museums to visit.
- Lovely drives around the surrounding mountains with beaches 40 minutes at Findhorn and Moray Firth.
- Fishing permits are readily available for Livet, Avon and Spey.
- There is the Strathspey steam Railway a short drive away and the Loch Garten Ospreys are within a 45 minute drive.
- Our local pub has good food and disabled toilets.
