Woodpecker Cottage has a cosy beamed living room with comfortable sofa and fireplace with woodburner effect heater.
The attractive kitchen area leads to a charming, enclosed garden with steps up to a large shared terrace with hot tub.
There is a downstairs bathroom with over bath shower.
Upstairs is a pretty bedroom.
Quakers Quakers, thatched and 'olde world' is an annexe to the main house.
It has a comfortably furnished living room boasting attractive views and cosy woodburner-style cast iron electric stove.
There is a well equipped kitchen diner with cooker, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Upstairs there are two pretty, beamed, ensuite bedrooms. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom, with delightful views, has an ensuite bathroom with over bath shower. It can be either a twin or a double room (linkable 3 foot beds).
A French door leads to a lawned area with garden benches to enjoy the view.
Nuthatch Cottage Spacious, semi detached cottage with great views.
The cottage has two double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom! The master bedroom's ensuite bathroom, which has a shower cubicle, has a second door to the landing - making that bathroom also available to the second bedroom.
There is a separate dining room.
The well fitted kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Outside there is a good sized, south facing garden with steps to a large shared terrace with hot tub.

One spacious double, and one twin bedroom, and upstairs bathroom with over bath shower.
Twin beds may be linked to make a 6' double.
Downstairs is a comfortable sitting room with French doors opening onto a patio and lawned garden.
