Woodlea is positioned on the hillside of one of the most picturesque valleys in the North York Moors. This spacious property sleeps 2 to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms and has a beautiful well maintained garden.

Woodlea is ideally located for those who enjoy walking in the countryside and sea side trips to Whitby, Runswick Bay and Scarborough.
Children will enjoy travelling on the steam train at Pickering and visiting Danby Forest.
The beautiful city of York is filled with many attractions and shops and is only an hours drive away.
Or you could just relax at Woodlea and soak up the magnificent surroundings.

This charming house consists of:

A spacious lounge and dining area and a fully equiped kitchen with seperate utility room on the ground floor.
There is also a wondeful conservatory for all year around, where you can admire the magnificent views of the countryside.
There is also a downstairs toilet and cloakroom.
The first floor consists of one twin and one double bedroom plus a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The second floor consists of 2 twin bedrooms and a further shower and toilet.

Facilities:

The property is centrally heated and there is a coal fire in the front room for extra warmth and ambience.

There are 2 pubs in Rosedale, one within easy walking distance of Woodlea, plus a shop, bakery, tea rooms and church.
