(A) WOODCROFT & STABLE COTTAGES
2 Peaceful cottages within the walled garden of the owner's old sandstone town house, a stone's throw from Ayr town centre, beach and railway. Secluded gardens with patio and parking beside the cottages.

(1) Woodcroft Cottage - Accommodation
Sleeps 4 + cot
STB 3 Star
Conservatory, lounge, large double bedroom, small twin bedroom, modern fitted kitchen (with washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer), bathroom (bath + electric shower). The cottage is all on one level, and is suitable for partially abled people.

(2) Stable Cottage - Accommodation - Sleeps 2
One bedroom with 2 single beds and ample storage; sitting/dining room; bathroom with bath and electric shower; the kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine. The cottage is all on the level and has maple floors throughout.

(B) CHURCH COTTAGE
A bright semi-detached cottage in a quiet cul de sac, 10 mins walk from Ayr town centre, beach and railway station. There is a walled, lawned garden. Car parking on private driveway.

Large lounge/dining room with French windows to lawned garden, modern fitted kitchen (with washing machine, microwave, fridge). Upstairs is 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and shower room (electric shower).

(C) DAIRY COTTAGE
A large, bright, detached sandstone cottage in a quiet courtyard. It is adjacent to Church Cottage, so larger groups can book both cottages. Enclosed, walled, south facing garden with patio. 2 car parking spaces on private driveway in front of the cottage.

Accommodation, sleeps 6 + cot
Downstairs consists of a large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with french windows to the garden, fully fitted modern kitchen (with washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer); king sized bedroom & bathroom. Upstairs are 2 twin bedded rooms & a shower room.

(D) GARDEN COTTAGE
This is a modernised cottage tucked away in a tranquil corner of Prestwick, far from main roads and surrounded by peaceful gardens, but only a stone's throw from the bustle of this seaside town with many good eating venues. The cottage is near the beach, railway station and airport. The floors are fine pine throughout with a scattering of rugs and therefore offer a low dust environment. Parking is in the adjacent cul de sac.

Accommodation: sleeps 5 + cot
STB 3 Star
Ground floor (with no internal steps). Consists of lounge, large double bedroom, modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar (with washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer), bathroom (bath + electric shower). Upstairs has 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single (with cot and extra mattress if required).

Cancellation Policy

More than 4 weeks in advance = loss of deposit.
Less than 4 weeks in advance, if a new tenant is found = loss of deposit,
otherwise the whole rental fee is due.

Ayrshire has a stunning coastline with sandy coves and long beaches, against a back drop of many famous links golf courses. Inland is attractive farmland, forest and rolling hills.

The famous Burns Cottage is 2 miles from the busy market town of Ayr, where the High Street houses all the major chain stores. Ayr can also offer golf, tennis, swimming pool and leisure centre, cinemas, bowling, ice rink etc. Other local attractions include the Burns Centre and Trail, Culzean Castle, and day trips to Loch Lomond, Arran and Ireland. Glasgow is 35, Stirling 60 and Edinburgh 80 miles away.
