At the heart of one of England's most beautiful regions, Woodcombe Lodges are in a tranquil rural setting, ideally placed for the glorious countryside of Exmoor National Park, the Quantock Hills and the North Devon coast.

The 6 timber lodges and 2 stone cottages and games room stand in a beautiful 2.5 acre (1 ha) garden, all facing south with wonderful views towards the wooded slopes of Exmoor. Minehead with its seafront, harbour and wide range of shops, pubs & restaurants is only 1.5 miles (2.5km) away.

Also within easy reach are Dunster with its Castle and Medieval Yarn Market, the picturesque villages of Selworthy and Allerford, Porlock and Porlock Weir harbour, the attractive resorts of Lynton and Lynmouth and many local beauty spots. The area provides endless opportunities for sightseeing with wonderful scenery wherever one goes and a truly spectacular coastline westward from Porlock and Lynmouth.

Rose Cottage:
Sleeps 2 (single storey): Sitting room, double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (including shower).

April Cottage:
Sleeps 4/5: Sitting room with open-plan kitchen, upstairs double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and twin bedded room (third bed available) with en-suite shower.

Lodges:
Sleeping 4/12 (single storey): Large living room and open-plan kitchen with picture window onto wide verandah. Double bedroom, twin bedded room and bathroom (including shower). Two have futons available as fifth bed. Three are non-smoking. New Lodges have wheelchair access plus dishwasher and video, with ensuite shower room plus full size bathroom. Disabled showers.

A New Larger Lodge:
Sleeps 8 - 12 with four bedrooms, two doubles, one twin with a pull down bunk and a bunk room with a bunk bed, a single bed and a pull out extra single bed. There is one disabled shower room plus a bathroom and an ensuite bathroom. Superb views etc.

Services:
Electric convector heating, cooker, microwave, colour TV, fridge/freezer. Separate laundry room and payphone. Games room with table tennis, pool table and table football. Putting and Croquet in garden, play area for younger children. Cots and High-chairs available. Linen included or available for hire. Ample parking.
