• Spacious Lounge, with sofas, bureau, TV, DVD and CD system, electric log effect fire.
• Three bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x twin and 1 x single).
• Bathroom with bath and electric shower over, WC, sink and heated towel rail.
• Kitchen with full amenities including oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, utensils, crockery and cutlery.
• Laundry facilities, including: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron.
• Electric storage heating.
• Child friendly - travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request.
• Pets by prior arrangement only (at an additional cost of £20 per week).
