BOOKING
Please call us or email to confirm that your required dates are still available.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full at least 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date.
If you are booking more than 6 weeks ahead of your arrival date,we ask for a 20% deposit per week and pay the balance within 6 weeks of your arrival date.
Cancellation
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that you may need to cancel your holiday:
If you cancel more than 6 weeks before your arrival date you will lose your deposit.
If you cancel within 6 weeks of your arrival you will lose the full amount for your booking. If we are able to find someone else to take your dates we may be able to give you a refund on your payment, but we do not guarantee to do so.
Arrival and Departure
Please arrive after 3.30 pm on your day of arrival and vacate before 10.30 on your day of departure.
