A converted stable at Wiggonlea Farm provides very comfortable character accommodation with log burner, exposed beams, open stone and brickwork and saddle racks etc.
The property is located within the grounds of the owners' working dairy farm in deep countryside, on the eastern edge of the Peak National Park. There are excellent local walks with the Shining Cliff Woods (650 Acres) being just across the road.
THE ACCOMMODATION is as follows: On entrance to the cottage you will find a spacious lounge with wood burning stove and TV/video, Freeview, radio/cassette/CD player, leading to solid pine kitchen with integrated fridge with icebox and electric cooker, microwave, a wide range of crockery and cooking equipment. Adjacent is the dining room with solid pine table and chairs, leading to enclosed garden at the rear with table, chairs and barbeque. Downstairs bathroom with bath (mixer shower taps), W.C, hand basin and washing machine. (Drying facilities available on request). Upstairs is one Double bedroom with wood flooring solid pine bed and furniture, built in wardrobes and scatter rugs. There is also a twin bedroom of similar style.
