Wickham House is an attractive four bedroom house situated on the Eastern side of the village, being about 500 meters from its centre. It has a large rear garden with a patio area and adequate chairs, table and umbrella. - It is easy to get to, being only 5 minutes from the A12 and around 100 minutes drive from NE London.
- Both historic towns of Woodbridge and Framlingham are about 4 miles away.
- The coast and local forests are within easy access.
- Parking is on street, with plenty available nearby and free car parks in the village centre. Railway station 1.5 miles away and regular buses to Ipswich from the village.
- Many facilities for children nearby; local playgrounds, Easton Farm Park, Stonham Barns Bird Sanctuary and castles.
 Downstairs The lounge contains two three seat sofas, directors' chairs, TV (freeview channels available), CD player and DVD player. The other downstairs room is the kitchen/dining room, which has an extendable dining table and chairs, as well as the kitchen area, which includes a gas stove and dishwasher. The pantry contains the fridge/freezer and microwave. First Floor - Three bedrooms (twin, double and single) and the main bathroom.
- The bathroom contains a toilet, handbasin and shower unit.
Second Floor - A king sized double bedroom with cot.
- The en-suite bathroom contains toilet, handbasin and bath.
Details - There is generous storage space throughout the bedrooms; no z-beds or bunks.

Wickham Market In the centre you will find the pub, Co-op, newsagent, post office, butcher, a couple of restaurants and a fish and chip shop, as well as several other shops. There are also several other local dining options, including a good pub in Pettistree, about a mile away.
