Situated on the outskirts of the tiny village of Horncliffe on the river Tweed, famous for salmon fishing (and poaching!). Whitecroft is a very special place, just how you would imagine a home in the country should be, with private south facing garden, and comfortable well equipped interior.

Ample parking is available at the door.
The village has no through traffic, which adds to the tranquil atmosphere.
The cottage maintains the original leaded windows and is beamed throughout; it has a calm and inviting feeling.

Large boot/utility room.
Bathroom.
Kitchen.
Large sitting room with open fire, books of local interest, original local artwork and a television, video and DVD player; a very friendly room indeed.
WiFi.
There is also a shed outside for extra storage for bicycles etc.

Upstairs

There is a second bathroom with extra large shower.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds.
Bedroom 3 king size.
Cot and high chair available.
