Centrally heated accommodation for 9 comprises:

Large twin room with ensuite shower;
Double room, with a 5' bed, shares the main bathroom (with shower) with bedroom containing bunk beds, and a single bed.
A further twin room has its own shower room.
All bathrooms are decorated to a high standard.
There is an outside shower, for surfers and sailors, and the utility has a washing machine/tumble dryer and ample drying space.
There are two reception rooms, both with wonderful views.
The sun lounge has its own TV and DVD.
The sitting room, with TV and video, dining room and kitchen are all open plan, with a breakfast bar.
The modernised kitchen contains a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, halogen hob and oven and a microwave.
Electricity and heating included.
Linen hire from our caretaking team.

Easy access to superb golf courses at St. Enodoc and Roserrow, safe bathing at Daymer Bay (5 mins walk), surfing at Polzeath, sailing, waterskiing and fishing at Rock, and the busy harbour town of Padstow.
