Situated in the beautiful Brendon Hills countryside on the edge of Exmoor National Park, West Withy Farm is a haven of peace and tranquillity where dogs are most welcome. The 23 acre smallholding has panoramic views across pastures to the hills on the horizon. Two stone barns have been skilfully converted to create character cottages offering centrally heated comfort and modern conveniences.

Upton Cottage sleeps 5 (1 double, 1 twin and 1 single).
Stable Cottage sleeps 4 (1 double and 1 twin room).

Each cottage is fully centrally heated and has a gas-fired "wood-burner" stove, TV and DVD player.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and microwave.
New kitchen in Stable Cottage with granite worktops and integrated dishwasher and washing machine.
Individual enclosed south facing garden and ample parking.

All bed linen and towels are included.
There is a beautiful spring fed lake which is home to a variety of ducks, moorhen and other visiting wildlife.
