A warm welcome to West Pitt Farm. Our delightful and secluded cottages are full of character and include a Grade II Listed 16th Century farmhouse and barn conversions. Equipped with all you will need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Glorious views from the cottage windows look across the South West facing slope of the Culm Valley. The idyllic garden setting around the farmhouse pond is complete with visiting ducks.

Perfectly positioned to explore the glorious coasts and countryside of Devon and Somerset and the moorland of Dartmoor and Exmoor. Yet readily accessible from rail and road routes to the South West. Taunton and Exeter are under 30 minutes' drive. Nearby, the village of Uplowman has an ancient church and the village pub offers a range of local ales and excellent food.

The cottages are Visit Britain graded 3, 4 and 5 star and are furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. Each has electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. The larger cottages have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Linen and towels are provided. There is a guest laundry room.

Lake View Cottage
Three bedrooms - sleeps up to 9 plus cot  

• 16th Century cottage with original cruck beams.
• Spacious living room with inglenook fireplace and original bread oven.
• Lovely farmhouse kitchen, fully equipped including dishwasher.
• Lobby area with washing machine and dryer.
• Downstairs WC.
• Upstairs to three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom.
• One double bedroom, one with two singles and one family room with a double, a single and bunk beds.
• Walled garden area outside front of the cottage.

The Farmhouse and Lake View Cottage are adjoining with a connecting door and may be combined to accommodate groups of between 14 and 18 people.

Willow Tree
Three bedrooms - sleeps up to 6 plus cot 

• Willow Tree is a new eco lodge close the Farmyard Pond.
• With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one level, the cottage is specifically designed to offer easy accessibility for all.
• Open plan kitchen and dining area fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
• Spacious living room with glazed doors to a large decking area with garden furniture.
• Master bedroom with either a double bed or two singles, ensuite bathroom with level access shower.
• Bedroom with two single beds.
• Bedroom with either a double bed or two single beds.
• Family bathroom with bath and shower.
• Willow Tree offers accommodation and facilities under the National Accessible Scheme for Mobility Levels M1, M2 and M3A, Hearing Impairment Level 2 and Visual Impairment Level 1.

The Stable Lodges
Each with one bedroom - sleeps up to 2 plus sofabed, plus cot  

• Cottages are on two levels, converted from attractive barns.
• Bedroom is on the ground level with the living area upstairs to take advantage of the fabulous view across the valley.
• Stable Lodge One has two single beds and Stable Lodge Two has a double bed.
• Ensuite bathroom with wc and shower.
• Upstairs, well equipped kitchen, dining and living area.
• Both cottages have a small double sofabed in the living room.

The Hayloft
One bedroom - sleeps up to 2 plus cot  

• Delightful open plan studio with double bed.
• Spacious living, dining, kitchen and bedroom area.
• Ensuite bathroom, wc, bath and shower.

All cottages have oil fired central heating. Electricity is by £1 coin meter for all cottages, with the exception of The Farmhouse which is inclusive.
