Our delightful and secluded cottages in the Heart of Devon are full of character and include a Grade II listed Devon longhouse, Victorian Farmhouse, barn conversions and a new eco lodge which provides excellent accessibility for all.

The cottages can accommodate couples, families, friends and groups of up to 18; perfect for family get-togethers, anniversaries and celebrations.

West Pitt is perfectly positioned to explore the glorious coasts and countryside of Devon and Somerset and the moorland of Dartmoor and Exmoor; yet readily accessible from rail and road routes to the South West.

The Hayloft
One bedroom - sleeps up to 2 plus cot

Lake View Cottage
Three bedrooms - sleeps 7 - 9 plus cot  

• 16th Century cottage with original cruck beams.
• Spacious living room with woodburner.
• Lovely farmhouse kitchen, fully-equipped including dishwasher.
• Lobby area with washing machine and dryer.
• Downstairs wc.
• Upstairs to three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom two with showers and one with a bath and overhead shower.

The Farmhouse and Lake View Cottage are adjoining with a connecting door and may be combined to accommodate groups of between 14 and 18 people. A large table can be set up in the hall in Lake View Cottage to seat groups of up to 18.

The Carthouse
Five bedrooms - sleeps 8 - 10 plus cot  

• Super newly converted barn with stunning views across the Culm Valley.
