The Old Stables Cottage is a luxury, single-storey property with vaulted ceilings, on our working family farm in the downland village of West Marden, Nr. Chichester, West Sussex.

Graded by the VisitBritain as 5 Star, this very spacious property is extremely well equipped and sleeps 4 people in 2 ensuite bedrooms. An extra Z-bed or Cot and high-chair is available if required.
The Old Stables has its own large patio garden with barbecue and wooden garden furniture.
In high summer guests staying at the cottage have the shared use of an outdoor heated swimming pool, and a large lawned and walled-in garden, which is ideal for children.
Lovely walks or bike rides may be taken straight from the door.
Open plan living area comprising: Extremely well equipped kitchen with good storage, Electric Double Oven, Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Washing Machine/Dryer, Larder Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, Kenwood Food Processor.
Beamed vaulted ceilings.
Living area with fitted carpets. Wall lights and table lamps, Widescreen Sky satellite television with DVD player, CD Player, Books and Board Games, Information on Places to Visit.

Sleeps 4 + Cot or Z-bed:

1 room with Super King size (6ft.) bed.
1 room with twin beds.
Either room has the option of one 6ft or 2 x 3 ft beds. Excellent quality pocket- sprung divan beds.
Flat screen TV in each bedroom.
Hair-dryer in each bedroom.
2 ensuite bathrooms. Both have power showers, one is over the bath and the other in a luxury shower enclosure.

Full oil-fired central heating throughout - (each radiator individually thermostatically controlled).

CENTRAL HEATING - This is full oil-fired central heating and each radiator is individually thermostatically controlled. Heating and electricity included in price. No meters or storage heaters.
LINEN - All linen, bath and hand towels provided and beds are made up for the arrival of guests.
PATIO GARDEN AND LAWNED GARDEN - The cottage has its own large attractive fenced and gated patio garden with shrubs, pots, wooden garden furniture, parasol and BBQ. Guests also have the shared use (with Barley Cottage) of a large lawned and walled-in garden which is especially useful for childrens' play.
SWIMMING POOL - Shared use of owners' outdoor heated swimming pool between 10 a.m and 4 p.m., Monday - Saturday. This is in a lovely walled in setting with a lawned area for relaxing.
The prices quoted include electicity, central heating, linen and towel hire.
Out of season and late availability short breaks - 3 and 4 nights.
