Self catering accommodation situated in the spectacular Highlands of Scotland near to the village of Killin in Perthshire. At Wester Lix we offer 2 self contained properties, each with its own unique character and style, and each is fully self contained to offer "real home" comfort and facilities. • Fully refurbished in 2006, this cottage offers a high level of comfort to groups or families of 4.
• Originally built about 200 years ago, this building was once the original farm house for Wester lix farm, now tastefully refurbished throughout.
• The ground floor consists of a double aspect lounge with open fire, a large dining room leading into a spacious kitchen plus a utility room and downstairs wc.
• The Kitchen offers electric oven with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of working space.
• Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, an extremely spacious master double bedroom and a second bedroom offering twin beds. Finally a family bathroom all accessed from a feature hallway.
• Additional beds for younger guests can be made available by arrangement.
• Other features include Oil Fired central heating, colour tv with Sky Digital, and a video or DVD on request.

Jonna's Cottage - Sleeps 4
Jonna's Cottage has been completely refurbished. New features: both bedrooms upstairs are ensuite and we have installed a new sauna downstairs - plus a further shower.  

• A very comfortable cottage offering accommodation to groups or families of 4.
• A traditional 2 story building approx 10 years old with lounge, kitchen / diner, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
• This cottage benefits from patio doors from the lounge leading out to a new decking area with private dining furniture overlooking our private Lochan.
• The new kitchen/diner is open plan, spacious and offers electric oven and gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
• The kitchen is supplied with a full set of cooking utensils, saucepans, wok, oven dishes and serving hardware plus all necessary plates, cups and various glasses etc.
• The master bedroom with double bed has an ensuite bathroom - as does the twin room. There is an additional family shower downstairs in the sauna room.
• Additional beds for younger guests can be made available by arrangement.
