Charming small 3 bedroom detached bungalow in a quiet private cul de sac two minutes from Seagrove Bay, Seaview. There is parking for 2 cars on site and a bus service is also available ten minutes walk away.
 
Accommodation consists of: Large living and dining room with kitchen off. Three bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single). Bathroom with shower and WC and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a small garden with a sitting area to the front. The house has central heating, a gas fire and permanent hot water. TV, Radio, and DVD player are included. Price includes all utilities. All the beds have duvets but no linen or towels are provided. 
Seagrove Bay is ten minutes walk eastwards along the beach from Seaview village with its yacht club, shops and restaurants. Seagrove is a safe, sandy beach and the area is suitable for swimming, sailing and walking holidays - or just getting away from it all. The well-known Priory Hotel is two minutes away, with tennis, par 3 golf, gourmet restaurant and bars.
