Regency cottage situated at the junction between The Mint and Mermaid Street, close to Strand Quay and within the conservation area of Rye.

Accommodation:

Step to cosy cottage-style living/dining-room with ornamental fireplace.
Fitted kitchen.
First floor: double bedroom with built-in cupboard and ornamental fireplace. Bathroom/WC with over bath shower.
Second floor: double bedroom with low ceiling. Twin-bedded room with built-in wardrobe.
Please note stairs are quite steep.

Facilities include:

Electric and night storage heating included.
Private parking for one car 100 yards.
Shops 25 yards.
TV/DVD (small library).
Radio/cassette/CD.
Auto washing machine/tumble dryer.
M/wave.
Fridge.
Courtyard with furniture.
Duvets with linen.

Details:

Week breaks generally run Friday to Friday.
Short breaks are available from Friday for three nights or Monday for four nights.
£100 deposit is payable at time of booking, the balance is to be paid two months before arrival.
Towels are available to hire at £3pp.
All our properties have a travel cot; you just need to bring linen for the cot.
