• Ground floor double bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room.
• Sitting room above with spectacular views across the valley, TV and DVD player.

1st floor:  

• Charming single beamed bedroom with pine bed and fitted wardrobe.
• Beamed family bathroom with bath and thermostatic shower.
• Cosy beamed sitting room with open fireplace and TV/DVD.

2nd floor:  

• Master bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobes.
• Second double bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe.
• Third single bedroom with pine bed.
• Please note: There are low windows in the second floor double bedrooms.

• There is a large enclosed garden with mature shrubs and trees.
• Off street parking for four cars.
• Garden furniture and BBQ provided.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but please keep them downstairs only.
