East Prawle is an unspoilt coastal village in one of the most attractive and unspoilt parts of the South-West peninsula, in the temperate and much loved South Hams. The surrounding area, within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, comprises farmland and some of the most beautiful coastline in Britain. A paradise for walkers and birdwatchers alike.
 Welle House is a family home on the edge of the village, and the holiday home comprises half of the original house, being completely self-contained, with it's own front door. The house is very spacious, light and airy, larger than most holiday cottages, and retaining many of its original 1930s features.
