Well Cottage is a single storey stone barn, newly refurbished to a very high standard with a south west facing slate slabbed garden and patio area. The cottage is situated just over a mile from the village of Tregony - the gateway to the Roseland peninsula which boasts some of the best beaches in Cornwall - an ideal location for those who like exploring the countryside or relaxing on the beach which is literally five minutes away.

Accommodation:

Open plan kitchen and dining room, with cooker, hob and oven with extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron and board.
Lounge with 20" flat screen TV, DVD, video, mini hifi, woodburner.
Bathroom with corner bath and shower, WC, basin, shaver point.
Bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Bedding & towels supplied.
