Wee Silverburn is a semi-detached cottage situated in a peaceful and elevated position above Whiting Bay, very close to the Golf Course, but only a few minutes walk to the village. It has been carefully converted to retain some of its original features and is comfortably furnished. It aims to provide a relaxing base on this lovely island, which has a fantastic variety of spectacular scenery and wildlife and flora in abundance.

Ground floor:  

• Sun Porch (perfect for enjoying a sunny breakfast), Lounge, Dining/Living room with open fire, Kitchen, Bathroom with shower over bath.
• A utility/drying room is opposite the back door.
• Spiral staircase to upper floor.

Upstairs:  

• 3 bedrooms comprising of a spacious double bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms (the 2nd accessed via the 1st), both of which have a single bed with a roll under bed of the same height, an airing cupboard.

• Parking for 3 cars.
• Oil-fired central heating and hot water, a bag of coal and some logs.

• The village centre, which backs onto the beach and jetty, is a mere 300m walk down hill. It has several restaurants, a pub, a tearoom, a Post Office, chemist, grocers and gift shops. There is a Golf Course, putting green, stunning walks and lovely sandy beaches.
• The island boasts a wide range of sporting activities and opportunities and has many visitor attractions. Ideal for a relaxing or action packed holiday.
