Waterside is a very special holiday cottage in an enviable location in the beautiful, historic Conservation Village of Warkworth. Directly fronting onto the River Coquet, it has fabulous river and castle views.

Waterside caters particularly well for children, with lots of baby equipment available upon request including 2 cots, 2 highchairs, stairgates, sterilisers, baby seats, a pushchair and a babysitting service.
There are lots of toys for older children too, including a Playstation 2 games console, digital TV channels and DVD's. They'll particularly enjoy spotting the local wildlife from the garden.
The beach is close by and magnificent Warkworth Castle - perfect for children to explore and run around in - is just yards away.
Several great pubs, shops and restaurants are just 2 minutes walk away.
Catering can be easily organised or your groceries delivered to your cottage.
Babysitting can also be arranged.
