 This 400 year old farmhouse is located mid-way between Ilfracombe and Woolacombe in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Half a mile from the rugged beach of Lee Bay, it is ideally located for exploring North Devon's coastline with its picturesque cliffs, quaint harbours and long sandy beaches. Woolacombe, with its 3 mile sandy beach, is just a 10 minute drive.
Accommodation
Recently refurbished and equipped to cater for the demands of today's holidaying family groups, the farmhouse enjoys its own private garden with views across the surrounding countryside to the sea. Accommodation comprises:
 Ground Floor: - Entrance hall with step up to open plan kitchen diner with stone floor, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and automatic washing machine.
- Across hall to large lounge with under-floor heating, wood burner, views across the garden, TV, DVD and CD Player.
First Floor: - 2 x double bedrooms, 1 twin with option of double if required and 1 bunks plus single.
- Folding bed (for +1) can be accommodated in any room.
- En-suite to first double, shower, hand basin & WC, shower room with hand basin & WC and bathroom with bath, hand basin and WC.
Outside: - Large private garden with patio, garden furniture and gas barbecue.
- Access to property is via private drive with parking for three cars.
Inclusive: - Bed linen, Towels, Electricity, Travel Cot, High Chair and heating (during Winter months).
At Cost: - Logs for wood-burner (first basket free, subsequent logs available locally).
Changeover day is Saturday and the property is available from 4pm.
