Wall Farm (on 3 floors) was built in 1740 and is situated quietly in the countryside.

Sleeps 14 in 6 bedrooms (4 with double and 2 with singles - 2 and 4) and 16 with a sofa bed in the sitting room.
Central heating is throughout the house.
Wood burner in the sitting room.
Bedlinen included but not towels.
Electricity and gas included.
Sitting room has 2 large sofas and a sofabed.
DVD and digibox.
2 bathrooms with toilets, one shower room with toilet and a fourth separate toilet.
3 bedrooms have basins.
Washing machine.
Room with a pool table.
Has its own garden which is enclosed, and offers barbecue facilities and a grassed area.
Parking for up to 4 cars.

Local shop, 5 minutes walk.
2 local pubs both about 15 minutes walk away.
Nearest beach is Gwithian Towans which is an easy 10 minute drive (approx 3.5 miles).
Nearest supermarkets situated in Hayle and Camborne.
St Ives - 20 minutes by car or 'park and ride' by train from Lelant.
Local mini cab companies have 14 seater taxis.
