Quiet village location in Conservation Area but with good road and rail links nearby so providing an ideal base for exploring the South Downs, National Trust countryside, the coast and historic towns. Stylish country interiors with all the 4 star facilities, (including washing machine, dishwasher, TV/video and central heating), secluded private gardens and off road parking. Good food and real ale is available in the village pub within 2 minutes walk. Prices include linen and central heating (towels may be hired).
Lion House (photo of lounge on right):  An imposing flint cottage with 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 + cot. Two 5' double both en-suite and two twin rooms. Large pine farmhouse fully fitted kitchen with 2 dining areas. Spacious lounge with original period features and large window overlooking the sunny courtyard garden plus shared use of grass play area with children's climbing frame. No dogs in summer months. Park End: - A spacious family home sleeping up to 8 in 3 bedrooms.
- One 5' double en-suite on ground floor with option of additional single 3' trundle bed.
- One 4'6 double and 1 triple on first floor.
- Modern country interior with large dual aspect L-shaped lounge with dining area.
- The secluded gardens on all 3 sides are enclosed and feature attractive flint and brick walling, raised flower bed and large shrubs.

South Lodge: - A gatekeeper's cottage sleeping up to 5 in 2 bedrooms.
- One 5' double room and one 4'6 double room with an additional single 3' bed (can be stored underneath).
- Shower room upstairs and bathroom downstairs.
- Two lounges/dining areas featuring stripped pine floors comfortable sofas and log burning stove.

Things to Do: - Arundel. An historic town perched on a hill overlooking the beautiful Arun Valley. Craft and speciality shops, walks and boat trips. Chichester. The 12th century Cathedral, Tudor Market Cross and Georgian architecture. Pedestrianised streets with speciality and high street shops. Roman Walls walk.
- Beaches. Unspoilt rural beach and sand dunes at Climping/West Beach Littlehampton. Glorious long sandy beaches at the Witterings and Bracklesham.
- Countryside. The South Downs AONB (proposed National Park) beautiful rolling countryside excellent for walking, cycling or just admiring the views. Chichester Harbour, AONB provides a marked contrast with stunning coastal scenery.
- Attractions. Just a selection. Visit the historic market towns of Midhurst and Petworth. Watch polo at Cowdray, or visit Fishbourne Roman Palace, Goodwood, Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, Petworth House & Uppark (NT), Tangmere Military Aviation Museum or West Dean Gardens (featured on TV), Wildfowl and Wetland Centre or Amberley Working Museum. Historic ships at Portsmouth HMS Victory, the Mary Rose and HMS Warrior.
