 Dating from the 1700's; this cosy Devon Cob thatched cottage retains many original features, including an inglenook fireplace and exposed beams. Situated in a quiet village that boasts three pubs (serving excellent food), a family butcher and a shop/Post Office. This part of Devon countryside provides the perfect base for exploring Dartmoor, Exmoor and the dramatic coastline that makes North Devon a must at any time of year.
Accommodation At the front of Vine Cottage is a sunny patio and flower garden. The spacious living room benefits from a cast iron gas fired stove in its traditional inglenook fireplace. At the rear is a fully equipped kitchen. The charming dining area, with its oak table and chairs and intimate atmosphere, is ideal for romantic evenings in. The generous sized master bedroom features a traditionally styled king size iron bed. A smaller second bedroom has a double bed and a washbasin. Both bedrooms access the bathroom which includes an electric shower. Facilities - Gas, electricity, all linen included.
