We have now been awarded a 3 star rating from Visit England.

The Barn is very quiet and peaceful for anybody wishing to get away from a busy hectic lifestyle!

What a lovely hideaway, a newly converted barn in the corner of a wheat field. Our family of four, wife and I and two sons 13 and 15 had a wonderful week there in July 2012. The cottage is fitted to a very high quality and has everything one could need to enjoy a stay. We particularly appreciated the large downstairs "wet room" shower, as I hate those little English boxes one usually gets. The furniture is top of the line and most comfortable. It was so nice after a day touring to open the gate to our "field" and drive down the private road to our little corner surrounded by flowers and birds. Ideal place for cycling or walking, or just resting ones bones.

For any lambing live fans out there we will be lambing our flock of sheep on the farm from the second week in April.

Thanks we had a great time and great weather.  You have done a very nice job with the renovation.  As a former VP at the National Trust for Historic Preservation (USA) I applaud you on the barn.  We have a program in the US called "Barn Again" (obviously a play on words)...  which encouraged creative use of former barns. We certainly will stay again when we return to the UK.  Bob Angle
