A beautifully situated holiday rental property enjoying peace and exceptional seclusion within a pretty wooded valley in the Quantock Hills.
Valley Farm is found at the end of a woodland track close to the picturesque village of Broomfield. The house is situated on the south side of the valley and is therefore very bright with views over its own land and the surrounding mixed woodlands.
Accommodation  Although 200 years old the house is refurbished in a contemporary style. There are four bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins), two bathrooms, a large sitting/dining room, a large kitchen/breakfast room and a separate Utility/Boot Room (with laundry facilities). The house will comfortably sleep eight adults. There is in addition a cot and fold-up beds to accommodate one or two additional guests. Outside
The house is surrounded by an area of post and rail fenced level lawn (ideal for containing small children, this area has a trampoline installed at ground level) beyond which there is the orchard, the vegetable patch and two areas of sloping pasture separated by a spring fed stream which flows through to the pond.
